This September will be the 30th Annual National Recovery Month. Here at Four Winds Recovery Center, Inc., your local residential substance abuse treatment center, we are celebrating the entire month with several events highlighting all aspects of substance abuse recovery. Each September, SAMHSA sponsors National Recovery Month (Recovery Month) to increase awareness and understanding of mental and substance use disorders, and celebrate the individuals living in recovery. This years theme is, "Together We Are Stronger."

Our second event of the month is a 5k run/1k walk co-hosted by Running Medicine Farmington at Berg Park to bring awareness to addiction recovery. Online registration will begin soon, be sure to click 'Going' to see all our updates! Registration will be $25 and will include a t-shirt with all of our #RecoveryMonth sponsors as well as this years theme and logo from SAMHSA.
