Film music is an often under-celebrated art which can sometimes be the difference between good and iconic. Think Star Wars or The Good the Bad and the Ugly. Discover the impact of music through a variety of guided class listening and watching of movies and music in a lecture/demonstration format. Learn to analyze movie music to discern musical elements used to drive the drama then apply that knowledge to suggest possible visual action with musical samples and possible musical elements to visual action.
