Native New Mexican Cuisine Cooking Class

Join the Farmington Museum and Farmington Indian Center for some authentic Dine' cooking. This class will teach people some popular Navajo recipes and the history behind them. Through hands-on activities and demonstrations, participants will learn the process for making blue corn mush, fry bread, steamed corn stew with mutton, and red sumac pudding. The class will end with lunch! Registration is limited to 15.
