Riverfest in Farmington officially kicked off at Berg Park with opening ceremonies featuring speeches from Mayor Nate Duckett, Parks and Recreation Director Natalie Spruell, and organizers from the River Reach Foundation. The event celebrates Farmington’s 125th anniversary, the River Reach Foundation’s 40th anniversary, and the community’s connection to the Animas River through parks, recreation, arts, food, and live entertainment.
