During this week's "Adopt a Pet Tuesday" segment, Amber Francisco from the Farmington Regional Animal Shelter introduced three adoptable dogs: Charlie, a gentle 90-pound companion; Sweet Tator, a loving three-year-old ready for a home after raising her puppies; and Burley, an energetic dog who would thrive with an active family. She also announced that the BISSELL Empty the Shelters adoption event has been extended through August 1, waiving adoption fees for all eligible shelter animals.

Amber encouraged the community to visit the shelter, meet the animals, and take advantage of the promotion to give a pet a loving forever home. Host Scott Michlin closed the segment by reminding listeners to consider adopting from local shelters and rescue organizations when adding a pet to their family.
