Drop-in at Riverside Nature Center with your unidentified rock and mineral finds to have experts identify them. Tour a gas and oil well and learn about petroleum geology. Look at the collections of the Farmington Museum as well as those of some lifelong rockhounds. Learn about volcanoes, fossils, and careers in earth science. This is a day for all ages! Scouts who bring their badge books can get requirements signed by our consultants.
