The Four Republican Candidates for San Juan County Sheriff speak with KSJE

All four republican candidates for San Juan County Sheriff have sat down for an interview with KSJE General Manager Scott Michlin.

KSJE offered free airtime to the four republican candidates running to be the next San Juan County Sheriff.  The candidates accepted the radio station's offer in this order: Kevin Burns, Jon Nyce, Ken Chistesen and Daniel Webb.  They all sat down for 15-minute interviews with KSJE General Manager and longtime San Juan County journalist Scott Michlin. All four will be on the ballot in the Republican party primary on June 2, 2026.  The winner will be unopposed in the November general election.
