Adopt-A-Pet Tuesday! : With Amber Francisco

The Scott Michlin Morning Program

Tuesday, October 13, 2026 - 5 minutes

In this week’s Adopt-a-Pet Tuesday segment on KSJE, Scott speaks with Amber Francisco from the Farmington Regional Animal Shelter about two wonderful dogs available for adoption: Vanessa, a sweet and shy 1-year-old terrier, and Kevin, a playful and adventurous 2-year-old mixed breed.

Amber also highlights the shelter’s many dogs and kittens looking for loving homes and encourages families to find a pet that matches their lifestyle. The segment promotes animal adoption and raises awareness about the importance of supporting local shelters and rescue organizations throughout San Juan County.
