The annual Dining with the Dead event, hosted by Rio Del Sol Kiwanis, returns for its 13th year on September 12. The event brings local actors to life as historical figures, sharing fascinating and sometimes wild stories about pioneer families and individuals who helped shape Farmington and San Juan County.

Along with a historical cemetery tour and dinner, the event raises money to support local children through programs providing clothing, coats, shoes, and other necessities. Tickets are $30 and are expected to sell out quickly.
