San Juan County is updating its Growth Management Plan and developing an affordable housing plan to guide development, housing, transportation, economic growth, and land use over the next 5–20 years.

County officials and consultants are seeking public input through a survey and community outreach to identify where and how development should occur while protecting agricultural land, improving infrastructure, and addressing housing affordability.
