The Henderson Fine Art Gallery at San Juan College (SJC) invites the community to experience A Magical Mystery Tour of Color & Light, a dazzling art exhibition featuring the radiant creations of the SJC Stained Glass Encore students.
On view from November 20 through December 17, 2025, this colorful showcase will open with a reception on Thursday, November 20, from 4 to 6 p.m. The exhibition is free and open to the public during regular Gallery hours from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Once again, the gallery’s walls will be bathed in the jeweled aura of light and glass, as these delicate works transport viewers on a groovy adventure filled with psychedelic waves of color and reflection. Each piece, crafted by students ranging from beginners to advanced, demonstrates both traditional stained glass techniques and imaginative new approaches to this timeless art form.
Through their study in the SJC Encore program, these artists have transformed simple sheets of glass into radiant compositions that dance with light. Visitors are invited to explore this vivid world of color, find inspiration for their own creative pursuits or even discover the perfect one-of-a-kind addition for their home.
