Join SJCHS under the evening sky with Tori Myers and Larry Baker to learn about the prehistoric solstice observations!
The event opens at 5pm for a social hour with Wines of the San Juan and live Celtic music by guitarist, Charlie Stacey. Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. At 6pm, archaeologists Larry Baker and Tori Myers will present prehistoric solstice observations of Chaco Canyon, the study of archaeoastronomy and provide a guided tour. Return to Salmon Ruins on June 20, at 7am to experience a guided Solstice Walk!
