The Farmington Recreation Center has the perfect way to stretch, breathe, and recharge your energy!
Join us every Thursday evening from 6pm to 7pm for a relaxing and rejuvenating community yoga class designed for all skill levels — whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through gentle stretches, calming breathing techniques, and flowing movements to help you release stress, build strength, and find balance. It’s the perfect mid-week reset for your mind, body, and soul.
