Shooting Suspect Arrested

The individuals were outside the residence and one of the men, later identified as 40-year-old Stanley Pearson of Farmington, fired a shot with a handgun. Pearson was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His wife, 38-year-old Marsalee Pearson, was arrested on an unrelated warrant.

From Farmington Police;

on Thursday, April 14, 2016, at approximately 2:36 p.m. Farmington police were dispatched to a residence in the 600 block of Glade Road in reference to a shooting. Investigation revealed there were several people at the residence when a verbal argument ensued between two males. The individuals were outside the residence and one of the men, later identified as 40-year-old Stanley Pearson of Farmington, fired a shot with a handgun. Pearson was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. His wife, 38-year-old Marsalee Pearson, was arrested on an unrelated warrant. Both individuals were booked into the San Juan County Detention Center. No one was injured during the incident.

Adrian Begay followed them to the exterior of the residence when De Andre Julian produced a handgun and shot Adrian Begay multiple times in the chest at close range.
