In Celebration of Earth Day and presented in partnership with WildEarth Guardians, Oceana presents Native American composer Jerod Tate’s Chokfi' (Rabbit)—Sarcasm for String Orchestra and Percussion, Handel’s Water Music, and Tchaikovsky’s Variations on a Rococo Theme, introducing cellist Gabriel Martins, 2020 Sphinx Competition First Prize winner. Rounding out the program is Stella Sung’s Oceana, featuring compelling multimedia visuals by filmmaker Annie Crowley.
