Please join us for the Southwest Colorado Multiple Sclerosis Society's 1st Annual Winter Fit Ball on January 22, 2022 from 2-4 p.m.

Ring in the New Year with us and enjoy live New Orleans jazz music, tons of healthy snacks, prizes and loads of fun!

The Be Fit Be Able team will demo fun, seated Strength and Endurance workouts using bands and weights. Everyone is invited to participate in all activities from dancing to seated exercise challenges.
